How do I add more than one set of tickets to my cart at a time?
Unfortunately, because our listings come from individual sellers, each order must be placed separately by ticket listing.
Why cant I select any number of tickets I want?
Sellers set ticket listings and rules. Typically, you cannot leave an individual seat when selecting a group of tickets.
How will I receive my tickets?
The seller sets the ticket delivery method, which is notated on each individual ticket listing. If the tickets are listed as e-tickets or mobile, you will need a smartphone to enter the venue.
How long will it take to receive my tickets?
Ticket delivery time varies and should be notated on each listing.
Will my seats be together?
Unless otherwise noted, all seats will be seated together when placing an order from one listing.
What if there are special inclusions or details on the seats?
The listing notes will include all additional amenities, such as food or beverage inclusion or ADA-accessible seating.
What happens if I buy a ticket with multiple sections or rows?
A listing that describes a range of sections or rows is referred to as a “zone seating” listing.
If you purchase a zone range listing, you are accepting any ticket within the area designated by your purchase.
Who prices your tickets?
Ticket prices are set by the seller which may include a team, promoter, venue, artist, or reseller
Do you charge a service fee?
Yes, we charge a service fee that covers operational and marketing costs
Can I cancel or exchange tickets?
No, unfortunately, per our terms and conditions, all sales are final
